About

Built by someone who ran revenue operations, not just read about them.

Volerin exists because most small B2B companies don't have a systems problem — they have twenty small handoff problems nobody owns. Fixing those is a discipline, and it's the whole business.

Founder

Michael Rodriguez

Founder, Cynosure LLC
South Florida · English & Spanish

Michael spent more than ten years in customer-facing revenue and operational roles, most recently in high-volume automotive service operations — an environment where a dropped handoff isn't an abstraction; it's a customer standing at a counter watching you lose their paperwork.

Day to day, that meant managing 15–20 active customer workflows at once while coordinating customers, technicians, parts teams, administrators, vendors, inspectors, and management — and translating complicated technical findings into recommendations nontechnical customers could act on with confidence.

He also built two digital products end to end — Spanvero and PowerPreflight — handling research, product design, content, testing, iteration, and deployment, using modern AI tools to move fast and human verification to keep it honest.

Why Volerin

Operational discipline, applied to your revenue workflows

The pattern behind every service Volerin offers comes from that operations floor: processes fail at handoffs, follow-through beats brilliance, and the person who can translate between technical reality and business decisions is the one who keeps revenue moving.

Modern AI tools make it possible for a disciplined operator to deliver work that used to take a team — research, drafting, prototyping, testing. Volerin's bet is simple: pair that acceleration with written scope, labeled assumptions, and human verification, and small B2B companies get engineering-grade revenue systems at fixed, honest prices.

Fixed scope or no sale

If a deliverable can't be bounded, priced, and verified against written criteria, Volerin doesn't sell it.

Diagnose before prescribing

No automation recommendation before the workflow is mapped. Software bought for the wrong problem is the most expensive kind.

Humans approve consequential actions

In everything Volerin builds, a person signs off before messages send, records change, or anything irreversible happens.

Honest boundaries

Regulated decisions, mass outreach, and guaranteed-outcome requests are declined. A smaller, truthful business beats a bigger, careless one.

The company

Small on purpose. Honest by design.

Volerin is operated by Cynosure LLC. It's a founder-operated studio based in South Florida, working in English and Spanish, serving founder-led B2B companies of roughly 2–50 people.

Volerin is new as a brand, and says so. What it doesn't do: invent client logos, testimonials, or statistics. What you see on this site — founder experience, founder-built products, and written methodology — is the actual evidence, presented as exactly what it is.
