AI & Data Use Policy

Effective

This is a plain-language draft prepared without attorney review. It reflects how Volerin actually works, but it has not been reviewed by a lawyer and will be finalized with counsel before launch.

Volerin, operated by Cynosure LLC in South Florida, uses AI openly in its work. Many companies use AI quietly and hope you will not ask. We would rather tell you exactly how we use it, where a human is always in the loop, and what happens to the information you share with us.

This page is written in plain language so a business owner can read it in a few minutes and know what to expect. It describes how we work; it is not legal advice.

How Volerin uses AI

We use modern AI tools throughout production: to accelerate research, draft documents and copy, analyze the information you give us, write and refactor code, and test what we build. AI handles the repetitive, mechanical parts of the work quickly so that human attention goes where it matters most.

That speed is the reason our fixed-scope services can be priced the way they are. Work that would take a traditional agency weeks of billable hours can move much faster when routine steps are accelerated, and we pass that efficiency through as fixed prices and short, defined delivery windows. Delivery clocks start when we have received all required inputs from you.

What AI never does alone

No deliverable ships on model output alone. Ever.

Before anything is delivered to you, a human reviews it, challenges it, and verifies it against the written acceptance criteria for your engagement. If the AI drafted a workflow, a human traces it end to end. If the AI wrote code, a human reads and tests it. If the AI produced analysis, a human checks the reasoning and the sources.

That is what our trust line means: “AI-accelerated. Human-verified.” AI makes the work faster. A person makes it correct.

What Volerin does not claim

AI is a powerful tool, not a perfect one. Models can be confidently wrong, miss context, and produce output that looks polished but does not hold up. That is exactly why human verification is built into every engagement rather than offered as an upgrade.

We do not claim that AI can automate anything and everything. Some processes should not be automated, and part of our job is telling you which ones. And we do not guarantee business outcomes: no promises of specific sales, revenue, rankings, appointments, time savings, or conversion rates. Anyone who guarantees those things is guessing with your money. What we commit to is the scope, the price, and the delivery window we quote you, and to work that has been verified by a person before it reaches you.

Your data during production

We ask for the minimum information necessary to do the work, and we ask you to sanitize examples before sharing them: replace real customer names, contact details, and account numbers with placeholders wherever the real values are not essential to the engagement.

Information you share with us for an engagement is handled as follows:

  • It is used only for that engagement, not for other clients or other purposes.
  • It is not used to train AI models.
  • It is not sold, and it is not shared with third parties except the service processors we need to operate, such as payment processing, database hosting, and email delivery.

Data Volerin declines

Some categories of data carry legal and ethical obligations that require specialized handling we do not provide. Please do not send us:

  • Medical or health information about identifiable people
  • Information used to make legal decisions about individuals
  • Credit or financial-eligibility information about individuals
  • Employment-screening information about candidates or employees
  • Insurance-eligibility information about individuals
  • Data about children
  • Data you do not clearly have the right to share; you must have authority over everything you send us

Where human approval belongs in delivered systems

The same principle we apply to our own work is designed into the systems we build for you. When we design an automation or workflow, we place a human approval step before consequential actions, including:

  • Messages sent outside your business, such as emails to customers or prospects
  • Changes to records in your systems
  • Anything that would be hard to reverse

Retention and deletion

We keep engagement information only as long as we need it to deliver the work, support what we delivered, and meet our record-keeping obligations.

If you want your data deleted, send a request to the contact email listed on this site and we will honor it, subject to records we are required to keep, such as invoices and payment records.

Questions

If anything on this page is unclear, or you want to know how a specific piece of your information would be handled before you share it, ask us first. Reach us at the contact email listed on this site.
