Effective

This is a plain-language draft prepared without attorney review. It describes our actual practices as accurately as we can state them, but it is not legal advice, and it will be finalized with counsel before launch.

Volerin is operated by Cynosure LLC, based in South Florida. We sell fixed-scope services that help businesses improve their go-to-market systems. To scope, deliver, and support those services, we need to collect some information about you and your business. This policy explains, in plain language, what we collect, why we collect it, where it lives, and what we will never do with it.

Our working principle is simple: we collect the minimum we need to do the work, we use it only for that work, and we do not sell it or use it for anything unrelated. Our trust line is "AI-accelerated. Human-verified." and that applies to how we handle your data too: any AI processing of your information happens under human review, and your data is never used to train AI models.

What we collect and why

We collect three kinds of information through this site, all of it tied to a specific business purpose: scoping a potential engagement, delivering a service you purchased, or supporting you afterward.

  • Qualification and intake form data: your name, work email, company, website, business category, team size, the service you are interested in, descriptions of your workflows, the tools you use, your timeline, your budget range, flags about whether your workflows involve sensitive data, and your agreement to our terms. We use this to determine whether an engagement is a fit and to scope the work accurately.
  • Contact form submissions: your name, email, and message. We use these to respond to your question.
  • Order records: the service purchased, the amount, an order reference, and the email associated with the order. We use these to deliver what you bought, keep accurate business records, and support you if something goes wrong.

What we deliberately do not collect

Our forms are designed so you never need to hand us anything sensitive. We do not ask for, and do not want, passwords, API keys, or access credentials of any kind; uploaded files; medical information; or financial account data such as bank or card numbers.

Our intake forms instruct you to sanitize examples before sharing them. If you are describing a workflow, describe it in general terms and strip out real customer names, account numbers, or other sensitive details. If you accidentally include something sensitive in a free-text field, contact us using the contact email listed on this site and we will delete it.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe, a dedicated payment processor. Your card number goes directly to Stripe; Volerin never sees it and never stores it. What we keep on our side is the order record described above: the service, the amount, an order reference, and your email. Stripe's handling of your payment details is governed by Stripe's own privacy policy.

Where your data is stored

Form submissions, leads, and order records are stored in a managed PostgreSQL database hosted by Supabase. Transactional emails, such as order confirmations and delivery notices, are sent through a transactional email provider.

These service providers, along with Stripe, act as processors: they store or transmit data on our behalf and under our instructions. They do not get to use your information for their own purposes.

Analytics

We use privacy-conscious analytics to understand how the site is used in aggregate, such as which pages get visited. Our analytics never receive the contents of your form answers. Separately, if you arrive at the site through a marketing link, UTM parameters and the referring page may be stored with your lead record so we know how you found us.

How AI tools are used with your information

We use AI tools as part of producing your deliverables. During an engagement, AI tools may process the engagement information you provided, such as your workflow descriptions and tool list, to help draft and assemble the work. Every output is reviewed by a human before it reaches you.

Your data is not used to train AI models. Processing your information to produce your deliverable is not the same as feeding it into a model's training data, and we do not do the latter.

What we never do with your data

Some commitments are worth stating flatly:

  • We do not sell your personal information. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone.
  • We do not use your information for purposes unrelated to scoping, delivering, or supporting an engagement.
  • We do not use your data to train AI models.
  • We do not share your information with third parties except the service providers named above, who act only on our instructions, or where the law requires it.

How long we keep your data

We keep information only as long as it is needed for the engagement it supports and for any legal obligations that apply, such as tax and accounting record-keeping. When information is no longer needed for either purpose, we delete it.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct anything that is inaccurate, or delete it. To make any of these requests, write to us at the contact email listed on this site. We will respond as promptly as we reasonably can. Note that we may need to retain certain records, such as order records, where the law requires it.

Children

This site and our services are for businesses and are not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information through this site, contact us at the contact email listed on this site and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. If a change meaningfully affects how we handle information you have already given us, we will make that change clear rather than burying it.
